"Couldn’t recommend this company and it’s service enough! Exceptional customer service and flexibility despite me having had to rearrange the date of fitting on more than one occasion. Not only that, but short notice (less than 48hrs) for the actual date of delivery and fitting, which was efficiently completed to a very high standard. First class! "

"Thankyou so much for my carpets you did a lovely job, I was highly recommended Carl by a family member of mine when I was looking for someone to do my carpets and then a friend recommended him too."

"Carl and his team self levelled our floor and supplied and installed LVT flooring. We love our new flooring. Spike his installer done a great job."

"Totally delighted with the service we received from Carl and his team. Prompt, courteous service and very happy with the final result."

"Originally estimated to be 2 days’ work, Carl and Scott finished in a day. Very professional in their attention to detail, workmanship (they worked very hard) and politeness, they constantly cleaned up as they went and helped move really heavy furniture. It feels very solid underfoot and has transformed our downstairs. When I researched to have this work done, I considered 2 other firms (who were in the running) but Carl’s friendliness, knowledge and enthusiasm did it for me. He was also cheaper and it was useful to visit his shop to see samples. Thoroughly pleased and absolutely recommend him."

"Carl and his team were incredible from start to finish. Carl is very friendly, understanding and goes the extra mile to discuss what will work best. We were really unsure what type of floor to install but having been walked through various options Carl turned out quite around with 24 hours. We subsequently booked and 3 weeks later our house has been completely transformed! An incredible job and so straightforward . The carpenter even came in and made sure all new skirting was finished along with kitchen plinths and one door that was sticking. I would 100% recommended."

"Carl and the team were great, very polite, professional throughout and extremely hard working. The communication and quote were really thorough and nothing was too much trouble. They have done an amazing job and we are really pleased with our new laminate and carpet! Would definitely recommend Flooring Solutions to anyone."
